If you are unable to attend the Symposium, you may choose one of the following options at least 30 days prior to the event:

  • Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any IDM Scholar Society event for up to one full year from your original event date.

IDMSS events are limited attendance. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of the event, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.

NOTE: IDM Scholar Society reserves the right to postpone events should circumstances arise that make any event non-viable.
