Itamar Medical™ is a medical technology company focused on the development and
commercialization of non-invasive medical devices to aid in the diagnosis of respiratory sleep disorders. The CloudPAT® digital healthcare platform was designed to facilitate the continuum of care for effective sleep apnea management with a focus on the core sleep, dental, cardiology and direct consumer markets.

WatchPAT®️ is an innovative Home Sleep Apnea Device (HSAT) that utilizes the peripheral arterial signal (PAT®️) for Sleep Apnea diagnosis.  It measures up to 7 channels (PAT®️ signal, heart rate, oximetry, actigraphy, body position, snoring, and chest motion) via three points of contact. Within one minute post-study, the raw data is downloaded and auto-scored identifying all types of apnea events. WatchPAT®️ provides AHI, AHIc, RDI, and ODI based upon True Sleep Time and Sleep Staging. The WatchPAT®️ Home Sleep Test (HST) is clinically validated with an 89% correlation to PSG 1 . The PAT signal was included in the 2017 AASM Clinical Practice Guidelines as technically adequate.

Its proprietary technology enables the non-invasive recording, measurement and analysis of Peripheral Arterial Tonometry, or the PAT signal. The PAT signal measures changes in a patient’s pulsatile arterial volume, providing a “window” to the cardiovascular system and the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system.
